Savills Studley is pleased to congratulate Executive Vice President and Chicago Co-Head Robert Sevim for being recognized in Crain's annual Who's Who in Chicago Business, a prestigious accolade given annually to the region’s top movers and shakers in business, government and philanthropy. Since joining Savills Studley in 2005, Sevim has executed over 33.7 million square feet in transactions valued at more than $11.5 billion.

Sevim specializes in the development and implementation of strategic plans that align his clients’ real estate with their overall organizational objectives and financial goals. He was promoted to Chicago Office Co-Head in 2014. In this role, Sevim helps oversee operations, recruitment, training and development, research and marketing initiatives for the Chicago office.
In 2007, Sevim was selected by the National Real Estate Journal as one of the country’s most distinguished real estate professionals under the age of 35. He is the youngest tenant representative, and one of the youngest professionals named to Crain’s 2016 Who’s Who in Chicago Business.
Sevim and Learner have worked together for over a decade, and in 2016 received the prestigious Greater Chicago Food Depository’s (GCFD) Broker of the Year Award. Learner and Sevim also received this honor in 2015 and 2012. Sevim is the first person ever to win an award at the Annual Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards Dinner in five consecutive years; having also won the Build-to-Suit of the Year Award in 2013 and 2014.
Sevim is an active board member for the Lycée Francais of Chicago, as well as a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and the Real Estate Steering Committee for the Greater Chicago Food Depository.
Sevim earned a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern University, attended the London School of Economics and completed an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
