International commercial real estate services firm Studley has announced the promotion of Tiffany Winne (40) to senior managing director from corporate managing director.
She is a top-producing broker, having ranked in the top five in her office for the past three years, and in currently in the top 20 company-wide.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Winne has closed more than 4.0 million square feet of transactions for clients from the legal, healthcare, technology, finance and media industries. With a practice focused on downtown Chicago, some of her most recent clients of note include AllianceBernstein, Associated Bank, Synovate, and Roosevelt University.
In addition to her brokerage responsibilities, Ms. Winne is also a member of Studley Chicago’s management committee, wherein she participates in managing the branch operation, recruitment, training and development and research and marketing initiatives.
Ms. Winne is actively involved in the Jane Addams Hull House organization, one of Chicago’s oldest and most respected charities. She serves on the Property Committee of The Board of Trustees overseeing Hull House's portfolio of 36 leased and owned assets throughout Chicagoland. She also serves on the Advisory Board of the Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate at Roosevelt University and mentors students at DePaul University’s Real Estate Center. Ms. Winne was named to the 2008 Crain’s Chicago Business “40 under 40” list of top young executives in Chicago.
