CocaCola to Consolidate into 225,000 S/F Facility

Coca Cola Enterprises Inc. will consolidate multiple locations into a single facility when it moves to a 225,000 s/f build-to-suit office and distribution center in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey.

Expected to be completed in July 2011, the new facility located at 60 Dean's Rhode Hall Road, will contain 20,000 s/f of office space with the remainder to be distribution. The building is registered for LEED certification and will incorporate many energy saving features, such as skylights and clerestories to reduce interior lighting requirements, a highly reflective roof surface to reduce heat gain, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and HVAC equipment which will beat current requirements by at least twenty percent. Studley's senior managing director Daniel Foley and senior vice president Tom Carragher, both of whom have advised Coca Cola Enterprises in New Jersey for more than 14 years, represented CCE in this transaction. The landlord is Teterboro-based Forsgate Industrial Partners.
