For months there has been talk about the way the Manhattan office market is beginning to pick up after a prolonged stretch of depressed leasing activity and falling rental and occupancy rates during the recession. 
At a panel discussion hosted by the Real Estate Board of New York on Wednesday evening in midtown, professionals in the industry shared anecdotes that the buzz about a rebound is still riddled with uncertainties and contradictory signs. ...
