Law360, New York (January 12, 2015, 2:28 PM ET) -- After considering a host of other options, Kirkland & Ellis LLP has crafted a 20-year lease extension deal for 403,000 square feet at its current Manhattan home base that will include a restructuring of the space, according to a Monday announcement.
Deciding to stay put at 601 Lexington Ave., the firm has signed on for a 20-year lease extension that will kick in when its current agreement expires in 2019, the firm's broker Savills Studley said.
