An international business management consulting firm in growth mode will sextuple its space in the Manhattan tower it has called home for eight years. ...

The firm will be moving in next month—to a space on the 8th floor that the landlord is building out—leaving behind its 2,000-square-foot office on the 35th floor, which it had occupied since 2002. In the meantime, landlord Westbrook Partners is also providing McKinney Rogers with temporary space that will accommodate its growing staff until the new space is ready.

“They've been in the building for a few years and are exploding in terms of growth,” said Greg Taubin of Studley, who along with his colleague Jason Perla, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Mr. Taubin added that the deal had one of the fastest turnarounds he had experienced. “I was referred to the client on March 17 and officially closed the deal on April 28th. We condensed what is typically a three-month negotiation of business terms into two weeks.” ...
