Diamond Investment Properties is drawing tech tenants by making the suburbs sexy.

The family-owned investment firm has executed 100,000 square feet of deals at Sierra Point Towers in Brisbane, a two-tower, 450,000-square-foot complex at 2000 Sierra Point Parkway and 8000 Marina Boulevard. Deals include an expansion by eBay, which grew to 41,347 square feet from 26,506 square feet. And Hyperion grabbed 20,116 square feet, doubling its footprint in a relocation from South San Francisco.

Jeff Black and Simon Clark of CBRE represented eBay; Michael Pitre of Studley represented Hyperion.
