Savills Studley’s Annual Landlord Golf Challenge
In 2005, Savills Studley was looking to create a unique, philanthropic event that would play on the natural competition landlords face in the industry, as well as benefit a worthwhile cause everyone could support. While deliberating the best way to get the landlord community involved to celebrate with some friendly rivalry, Savills Studley’s Annual Landlord Golf Challenge was finally born.
The Challenge, which takes place every fall, features teams comprised of Chicago’s landlord community vying for the Landlord Challenge Trophy and the industry bragging rights that go with it.
Each year, Savills Studley selects a different charity to support with the funds raised by The Challenge. To date, the firm has helped raise a total in excess of $1.6 million for nine organizations including Boys and Girls Hope, Sinai Children’s Hospital, Catalyst Schools, SGA, Children's Memorial, Family Service, Rise International, Back on My Feet and the Jane Addams’ Hull House Association.
